Nick’s Guest House provides a warm and comfortable environment for recovering cancer patients and a place for family and friends to rest and regroup while their loved one is receiving medical care at local medical facilities.
The House
Nick’s Guest House has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There’s a bedroom with a full bath located on the first floor for patients and guests unable to walk up stairs. The second floor has a master bedroom with a full bathroom and a second bedroom and full bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have a keypad lock on the outside of the door to offer individual room rentals or whole house rental.
Nick’s Guest house is close to all local medical facilities, making travel back and forth convenient. The home is located in the North Ybor Historic District. Just a short walk to the charming cobblestone streets, filled with restaurants bars and cafés, offering cuisines like Thai, Chinese, Italian, Greek, and Breweries. Also located there, the famous Columbia Restaurant and its new sister restaurant Casa Santa Stefano. Beyond the proximity to Ybor is the TECO line streetcar system which puts you on a short ride to Downtown Tampa with stops along the way.
